In his work Pioger shows us the cramps of a society which becomes dehumanized. It is a work of playwright that puts us in narrow relation with the illness, the cruelest fears of the contemporary human condition. He shows us in all the coolness, the existential obsessions of the suffering, the solitude and the distress, the civilization subjected to new rules of the game. These are clear. They set up a transformation radical and accelerated of the human collective, by a global control of the individuals (genetic manipulations, control of the spirits, the implants, the traceability etc.), at the only end of a new world economic order. These pictorial representations, warn us, on the noxious effects of a humanity which gets lost in the fancies of techniques and the most crazy sciences, which enslave the individual, for the benefit of a new global governance. This work shows of a taste for the aestheticism and simultaneously swamps our society.

Which are paintings or drawings, these artworks of a claimed sensualism, to see of an asserted sexuality, impose themselves in a representation neo-expressionist upon the removed forms. They organize lines, colors, material, volumes in a structured way. The handwritting is energetic, sure and sometimes even violent. In the elaboration of paintings, a big attention is worn in the knowledge of the human body, to the point that appear to us the muscular masses or the skeleton under the flesh. Nudes and portraits, have dried out, restless aspects, frightened, seized in unusual, stunned attitudes. The paintings are provocating, arousing at the spectator's certain illness by their relationship in the death and in the eroticism, but also, by the effect due to pale tones, as if the characters were pale. Visions of a sometimes phantasmagorical and alarming interpretation of the existence, these paintings dissect the contemporary society on the mode of the psychological portrait.
